Since Photo Booth doesn't like to work with the Bison Webcam, does anyone know of a similar app to Photo Booth that we could download and use?

This two sites for Mac OSX and Windows provides a replacement for Photo Booth, but they don't work with OSX86:

I'm actually more concerned with how I can use Skype with the Bisoncam - at least Photo Booth CAN be used with CamTwist, albeit with a 6-second lag, with Photo Booth, but NOTHING allows it to work with Skype, which I actually use often. My only choice is to reboot the Wind into WinXP and Skype from there (glad I installed dual-booting!)

FunnyPhotographer works on my Wind:

And so does Skype and iChat. I am running 10.5.6, and definitely have a Bison Cam. That's what Apple's System Profiler tells me. I used the msiwindosx86 install.

Okay. Photo Booth doesn't work FOR you. Not to single you out, but, it is getting really gay.

Possibly, it could be a firmware issue.....

It works fine for me. It would be wonderful if there was a solution.....

Bruce, you have Bisoncam v 0.2, correct? I've heard from no one with v 0.3 that has their webcam working properly with anything except iChat.

Skype does work with CamTwist if you use a USB or Bluetooth headset. I'm using a DLink DBT-120 Bluetooth USB adapter and Aliph Jawbone 2 with the onboard camera and CamTwist with no issues on outgoing or incoming audio/video calls.

We know that your Bisoncam works, with v 0.2. If you think this line of discussion is "gay," then perhaps choose to click on a different "non-gay" thread? Sheesh!

That's correct, I have the .02 version, according to System Profiler.

Sounds like an email to Bison asking for what changed from .2 to 3 might be instructive.
